anzac day



This week for writhing we had to pick one thing from Anzac to do.

    Well done on your presentation on ANZAC biscuits. It is interesting that the biscuits were not really like the ones that we eat but it makes sense that they would of had to have ingredients in them that would not go stale in a hurry. Do you like ANZAC biscuits? Have you ever tried making them? I baked some this week and I can recommend if you do try adding some chocolate chips as well to make them particularly delicious!

    Thanks for sharing this blog post. It's interesting that they didn't use eggs or milk, as I do in most of my baking. Have you done any other baking during lockdown?

  3. Hi Taine, I love your Anzac story about the soldiers too. This reminds me of Anzac day in the lock down. Next time you could do a recipe on Anzac biscuits if you like.
